Grow your own
These herbs grow well in garden, or on window sill in winter. Many garden centers sell. I encourage you to have in your kitchen or our side your kitchen door – I do and it makes it easy to always have on hand.
Why I do it
I have always paid attention to my health and what I put in my body. I was previously super fit and natural bodybuilding and ate amazingly well. Then there was my cancer challenge, then serious lyme and now heavy metals and parasites to detox (most likely from well water)
If Strong Taste is not for you
I will post some yummy drinks for those of you that only drink whats super delicious or less powerful in taste. This is strong but I love it. YOu can add small amounts to other things – see ice cubes below.

Ingredients:
Celery – 4 stalks
Parsley – 1 bag (2.5 oz) I buy at Trader Joe’s
Cilantro – 1 bag (2.5 oz) I buy at Trader Joe’s
Lemon 1/2 (or to your desired preference)
1 cup filtered or bottled water – use good water – I use Alkaline Water from Trader Joes – love the stuff! High pH 9.5 helps to hydrate
Other ingredients that go well (that I did not add)
Cucumber
Fresh ginger
Blend in a NutriBullet—Magic Bullet
or other juicing processor
1) Blend all together
2) Drink all
3) Make ice cubes for later use — see below

Freeze for easy use later
1) MELT A FEW AND DRINK
I put on counter or in fridge evening before
2) ADD TO ANOTHER DRINK
To have not as strong a taste but to add the super healthy stuff when you can add to other drinks, add to water, celery juice, …??
3) TAKE TO THE GYM
Throw in a jar and head to gym often melted when you get there
Drink before work out, after or with water on cardio machine
4) ADD TO DAILY JUICES LATER
Add to morning juices like banana and fruit drinks later — this way you only have to do greens 1 time a week for example makes the rest faster
